How the five elements progress
Apsara Vydyula continues the beginner journey through five element-themed practices: Water for fluidity and grace, Earth for grounding, Fire for core strength, Air for space and clearing, and a full-body practice to bring it together. The Fire class, for example, is a heat-building, core-inspired sequence that strengthens the body from the inside out — moving through Sun Salutations, standing warriors, backbends and twists, bridge and shoulderstand, and closing in stillness.
It's a natural next step once the 15-Day Beginner journey feels comfortable, adding pace, strength and longer holds.
