Inside the journey, with Apsara Vydyula
The fifteen days are taught by Apsara Vydyula, a yoga teacher from Chennai. Day one starts with the true fundamentals — settling into a seated position, learning ujjayi breathing and an introduction to the bandhas — with an early reminder that you don't need to force or hold the breath. From there the course builds one idea at a time: downward dog and plank, chaturanga and upward dog, the standing postures and Surya Namaskar, then balance, core, backbends and twists, seated postures, simple inversions, and finally rest and relaxation.
It is designed for complete beginners, so each session is short and unhurried, and every pose is broken down before it's linked into a flow.

- How much time do I need each day?
- About 15–20 minutes. Little and often builds a habit far better than occasional long sessions.

- Absolutely. Day 1 starts with breathing and the simplest foundations, and every day prepares you for the next. You begin at any level.
- What if I miss a day?
- Nothing is lost — just continue when you're ready. The journey is a path, not a test.
